HOW WILL I KNOW MY APPOINTMENT DATE?
Letters are sent out two weeks prior to the picture day. Look for your personal portrait date, time and location in the mail. Please contact SWI if you have not received your letter two weeks prior to your date.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?
If the date and time provided on your appointment letter
does not fit into your schedule, you will be provided with instructions on how to change your appointment on your appointment letter.

WHAT IS A SESSION?
A session refers to your photo shoot. All sessions include printed proofs and access to view your images online. Session fees do not include any prints or products. Session fees are due at the time of photography.

IS MY YEARBOOK PHOTO INCLUDED?
Every session includes your formal yearbook photo, SWI provides the formal attire. We will photograph you in multiple poses for your school’s yearbook. Getting your photos taken during the summer, allows you to choose the image selected for the yearbook. We will make every effort to have the image you select submitted for publication.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MY CURRENT INFORMATION?
If you have a new address or would like to confirm we have your current information, please email: your school name, first and last name, cell phone number, and mailing address to: seniors@swiphoto.com.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY SESSION?
It is all about you. Bring anything that shows off your personality and
hobbies. Props can include athletic uniforms and equipment, and
musical instruments. One outfit for each style is always a good starting point. Check out our online senior gallery for ideas of what to wear for your chosen styles.

It is important to bring your session fee at the time of photography.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash, and check.
